All personalized items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing issue that needs to be addressed. In this case, your product can be exchanged for a fixed version.

All shipped items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects. (Pens will work, mugs will arrive unbroken, etc. ) We are happy to replace or refund any items that do not operate as they should.

Some of Christina's books are traditionally published through a different press and they hold the rights to sell the eBooks. That's why those aren't available here.

Christina's independently published books are often enrolled in Amazon's Kindle Unlimited program which requires exclusivity and digital eBook cannot be sold or distributed anywhere else.

Unlike other platforms where authors receive only a small percentage of the sale price, when you purchase direct from the author they receive the entire amount. (Minus credit card processing fees, etc.)

It's the same as shopping locally vs. nationally. It allows authors to make more money doing what they love -- writing!
